Acta Ordia is a B2B SaaS platform for corporate governance and organizational accountability. It is **not** a document editor, a task manager, or a digital signature tool. It is a governance system: the place where organizational decisions become official, version-controlled, auditable records with real accountability attached.

The core concept is the "acta" (plural: "actas") — the meeting minutes / governance document. An acta captures what was decided, by whom, in front of whom, and with what approval. Once sealed, it cannot be altered. Every version is immutably chained. Every approval is a real digital signature with timestamp and identity.
